Your order will be shipped in a securely packaged box together with the gift box, certificate and purchase invoice.

Your order will be delivered insured by DHL, DPD or UPS.

6. When will my order be delivered to my address?

Production usually takes 4-7 working days. Our immediately available jewelry will be with you in a maximum of 3 working days.

7. If I want to return the purchased item, how do I proceed?

If you are not satisfied with a piece of diamond jewelry that you have purchased from Birgie Diamant, you can return it to us within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that this return policy does not apply to bespoke products, custom-made items or products that have been made to your specifications or are clearly personalized.

Pack your item and make sure the warranty seal and certificate are included in the package.

8. When will I receive a refund after I return my item?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will normally be processed within 2-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

9. Which products cannot be returned?

- Items with personalization, engraving, special orders/custom designs or special customer orders are not returnable.
- Altered items are non-returnable.
- Items purchased with the warranty label or seal damaged or removed are non-returnable.

Yes, you can have your purchased jewelry engraved. Please note that engraved items cannot be returned.
